The Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation is excited to be a part of the Infill Residential Site Development Initiative. In cooperation with the Northwest Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (NW CRA) the FLCDC has been selected to build up to 10 new single-family homes in the historic northwest Fort Lauderdale community!
The key elements of the Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation’s Scattered Site Infill Housing proposal are to increase the opportunities for homeownership, contain density and provide quality new single-family homes in the established northwest community.
