The Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation was formed in 1988. This 501(c) 3 non-profit organization’s mission is to “be the community economic development catalyst for Fort Lauderdale’s low and moderate-income residents” targeting the northwest section of Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation strives to increase access to affordable housing, identify and implement economic development, alleviate poverty, and be an advocate for the residents of this targeted area.

The We Love Lauderdale Brunch & Fundraiser is a signature event by the Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation that celebrates local trailblazers while bringing the community together for food, entertainment, and impact.
This annual gathering raises critical funds to support affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and resident engagement across Fort Lauderdale.
ADOPT-A-COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER PROJECT
The Fort Lauderdale Community Development Corporation is looking for civic organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, corporations, fraternities, sororities and religious institutions to partner with us and enhance the community through both civic engagement and beautification projects.
